Meet Loli Delger

I was lucky to be born into a “do what you love” kind of family—and so I did. Traveling is, and always will be, my true love; a constant thread that has shaped my life and the way I see the world. Guided by a restless, free spirit, I set off early to explore. For the past 30 years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of luxury travel and hospitality—managing intimate lodges, teaching snowboarding in the mountains, and working as a private chef between Aspen and Argentina. I have always been drawn to places and roles that felt alive, personal, and deeply connected to their surroundings. In 2006, I founded The Hummingbird Trip, where I personally design and oversee every itinerary. With Curiosity as a Craft, I am endlessly fascinated by the people I meet. Finding the perfect experience to match each traveler feels like an absolute thrill—an art I devote my heart to refining with every bespoke private tour in Argentina and beyond.

Meet Majo Garrido

Between earning my Law degree and finding my hub at THT, my adventurous spirit and innate knack for organizing have kept me wandering with purpose. I have been a horseback and hiking guide in the Andes, a serial entrepreneur, and an corporate event organizer in nearly every Argentine province. At THT I also co-developed Cultural Street Games centered on creating and playing for foreigners and locals alike. I possess a traveler’s heart in a world that constantly sparks my curiosity. This path has led me to become a collector without a museum, finding the soul within every handcrafted piece—a seeker of the stories that lie behind each person and their land, and a hunter for remote sanctuaries that deeply enrich my journey.
